1) Service Details
Room Refresh provides residential cleaning services in the Calgary area. Payment is due on the day of service.
A minimum charge of one hour applies. Please notify us in advance if the job is expected to exceed 3 hours.
2) Cleaning Services Included
Our cleaning may include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, waste removal, and dishwashing.
We’ll do our best to tailor the clean to your needs.
3) Additional Help & Errands
When requested, we may assist with low‑risk household tasks such as basic errands, laundry assistance,
package pickup, plant care, or small assembly.
4) Ongoing Clients
We welcome recurring clients and offer weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly schedules.
5) Flexible Scheduling
Choose a regular schedule or book as needed. We can also follow up periodically if your schedule changes.
6) Cancellation & Rescheduling
Services may be canceled at any time. A fee may apply for same‑day cancellations or rescheduling.
